For credit counseling, you can fill out the form online and mail or fax it to us. We will contact you by phone to schedule your appointment with a credit counselor.

Note: You will receive a letter confirming your appointment, along with other information about the counseling session.

The law requires that you receive bankruptcy counseling before your attorney can file your bankruptcy with the court. Click on the "download forms for pre-filing..." on our home page. Print out the forms and follow the directions on the first page of the forms.
